Drawing on 30 years of brokerage experience, Trimble provides all manner of real estate advisory services to his institutional and non-institutional clients throughout the Gulf South with a focus on industrial and office brokerage.
Trimble is EastGroup Properties’ (EGP:NYSE) exclusive representative for the State of Louisiana, directly overseeing the projecting leasing for EastGroup’s portfolio of office, distribution and flex properties in the New Orleans market.
Trimble has extensive tenant representation experience, connecting his clients with sellers, landlords, and investors to satisfy their real estate requirements. His focus has grown to include expertise in assembling sites for industrial parks and heavy industrial users on and off the Mississippi River.
Trimble has represented, either directly or as a co-broker, companies including Amazon, Praxair, Bosch N.A, Pepsico, Fedex, Chevron, McKesson Pharmaceuticals, Gavilon/Marubeni Group, GES Exposition Servies, and Chapman Leonard Studio Equipment, to name a few.
